Making a purchase
To make a purchase, just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We sell online in the USA and Canada via www.BlueRockPaint.com site.
We accept credit or debit card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard through the external company PayPal, as well as directly. We do not store or use any of your card details on our website. For more information on PayPal, please take a look at PayPal’s Privacy Policy or read about the service they provide.
We also accept payment using Google pay and Apple Pay.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. Once your order is accepted, we will send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Coupons & Discounts
Coupon discount codes issued for use at checkout on www.BlueRockPaint.com cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid on www.BlueRockPaint.com only. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon. Coupon discounts cannot be redeemed on shipping fees, unless the coupon grants the user free shipping. Expiry dates apply, see coupon for further details. Blue Rock Paint Company reserve the right to terminate discounts without notice.

Payment Security
When you place an order on our website using a credit or debit card, this information is processed by Stripe in case of direct payment and/or by PayPal in case of PayPal Standard Payment. We do not hold or store any of your payment information. We use WooCommerce Stripe to process your payments for security reasons, so you can be confident when purchasing with us your details are as safe as can be. In addition to the above, we also offer PayPal checkout. We do not hold or store any of your payment information. User-Generated Content
Please email your photographs to content@bluerockpaint.com, including your Name and Instagram username, if you would like us to use your content on our website. Your email will be considered an express permission for your photos to be used by Blue Rock Paint Company.
How will Blue Rock Paint use your photo and other information provided?
You will retain legal ownership of any rights you own (including copyright) in any photo you provide. However, by emailing us your content, you grant to Blue Rock Paint Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable licence to use the photo in the manner set out below.
1. Blue Rock Paint’s webpages
We may use your photo on Blue Rock Paint’s and its subsidiaries web pages, including the product pages and in editorial and advertising content.
2. Blue Rock Paint’s social media accounts
We may use your photo on Blue Rock Paint’s social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter.
3. Blue Rock Paint’s email marketing
We may use your photo in Blue Rock Paint’s email marketing campaigns including the weekly e-newsletter.
4. Campaigns and owned channel usage
If your image is really special, we may want to use your photo in an advertising campaign. This could include using the photo in any of the following formats:
PR, Press, Direct Mail and Online Advertising.
If we’re interested in using your photo for a campaign, we will contact you again to ask for your permission and provide you with our terms for usage.
General usage terms
In addition, by emailing your content to us, you also grant Blue Rock Paint Company the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption or other identifying information in connection with the use of your photo.
Blue Rock Paint Company will choose and publish photos at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, Blue Rock Paint Company is under no obligation to use any of the photos provided.
By emailing your content to us, you warrant and represent that (i) you own all rights (including copyright) in the photo provided or, if the photo is subject to third party rights, you have all required licenses, rights, consents and/or permissions to publish the photo and grant the licence described above to Blue Rock Paint Company, and (ii) you are over 18 years of age.
To the extent permitted by law, you also agree to waive any moral rights you may own in relation to any photos provided.
Blue Rock Paint Company may use, edit, alter, reproduce, translate, publish, or create derivative works from any photo provided at Blue Rock Paint Company sole discretion.
Photo Content Guidelines
All provided photos are moderated by Blue Rock Paint Company. We will not select for publication photos that contain any of the following content:
a.Copyrighted and/or Trademarked Material (e.g. copyright or trademarks) of a third party (such as content that contains any third-party content such as trademarks, logos, company names, insignia, photographs or works of art, excerpts of the books, photos/videos of TV or film scenes).
b. Abusive Imagery: do not provide any images that could reasonably be considered as harmful, threatening or violent, harassing, abusive, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, discriminatory, profane or bullying.
c. Impersonation: use non-offensive usernames only, and do not impersonate any other person.
d. Private & Confidential: do not provide anything that would be considered confidential or that would allude to an individual (e.g. work details, credit card numbers, address details, anything distinctive that a particular individual is known for).
e. People / Facial Recognition: do not provide photos that contain people within the image, whether or not their face can be seen. This includes pictures of people within the photograph (e.g. a photograph within a photo frame on a desk).
f. Comments: make sure any information accompanying your photos are accurate (where they include facts) and are your genuinely held opinions (where you are giving your opinion). Don’t post anything which is in any way defamatory of any person or company.
g. Advertising: do not advertise or promote your own or third parties’ goods or services in any photos or submissions.
h. Links: please do not link to any media or executable file with your photos or submissions.
What Happens If I Have a Complaint About a Photo or Want a Photo Removed?
If you believe that an uploaded photo on our web pages is inappropriate, offensive or is violating someone’s legal rights (e.g. trademark or copyright infringement) then you can report the photo by sending an email to content@bluerockpaint.com.
We reserve the right to remove the photos from our websites or marketing materials at any time, for any reason.
Third-Party Sites
Users of the Blue Rock Paint sites are able to share the photos displayed on product pages across their social media.
Please note that while Blue Rock Paint Company can remove photos from its websites, Blue Rock Paint Company is unable to, nor is Blue Rock Paint Company responsible for, the removal of any photos shared or posted by third parties on third-party sites which are not under Blue Rock Paint Company control. If you wish to report a photo shared on a third-party site, you should contact the third party or third-party site directly.
Stockist Promotions
Blue Rock Paint Company is not liable for any promotions our stockists choose to run, on our products, or otherwise. Stockist promotions are independent of Blue Rock Paint Company and are not sponsored by Blue Rock Paint.

Password policy
When creating an account, Blue Rock Paint Company customers must make a password. To ensure your privacy is protected, please follow the points of this Password Policy.

While our technicians take every care to ensure colour accuracy, due to the production process there may be subtle shade variations between batches. When working with paint from different batches, it is advisable to mix two or more tins together to ensure colour consistency. Please note that the final appearance of the colour can be affected by many different factors including substrate, application, lighting and choice of finish.
